ARTICLE NAVIGATION AND USE OF THE TABLES FROM "SURF"
The use of tables to "surf" is allowed in daylight hours and favorable weather conditions and in any event such as to ensure its safe and always check. The use of such boards is also prohibited in the cases provided for in the preceding article 4.3, Chapter II, as applicable.
Subject as may be required on the existing legislation on recreational boating during the bathing season, landing is prohibited with boards "surf" at the stretches of beach concession for
bathing facilities. Dealers in these areas, specifically authorized, must take care to separate, with the utmost clarity, these areas than those usually targeted at swimmers.
