I am writing in ref. the letter of withdrawal, signed by you, for part of the Italian Post SpA signed the contract with me on 01.07.2006 due on 31.10.2006.
As the undersigned doctor of law, I consider inappropriate, offensive and illegal the way in which it was proposed dismissal.
